Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain diary and email account.

Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.

Ensure busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements are manage effectively.

Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place match his requirements.

Filter general information, queries, phone calls by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.

Keep and maintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence.

Prepare correspondence including the drafting of general replies.

Keep and retrieve files.

Provide a service that is in line with work habits and preferences.

Undertake any other duties as requested.

Maintain and update all statutory records, legal documents and ensure all external reports are filled promptly.

Organize Annual Meetings and periodical meetings when necessary.

Requirements:

Female.

Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any discipline, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.

Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently, under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.

Attention to detail and deadlines.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship at all levels, including difficult or challenging circumstances.

1. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SENIOR MANAGER

Responsibilities:

•         Design & Implement Finance Accounting system & procedure

•         Propose company wide budget & control the budget usage of each Department

•         Oversee the preparation of financial report, and handle tax related matter of the Company

•         Provide strategic recommendation to the management based on financial analysis and projection

•         Manage cash flow and provide financial forecast for the management

Requirements:

•         Graduated from reputable University in Accounting Major

•         Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 2 years in the similar position
