RECEPTIONIST
Requirements:
•FEMALE
•Age: Maximum 27 years old
•Degree: minimal D3 of any administrative education background
•Fluent in English, both oral and written
•Fast learner, initiative and proactive
•Working experience: min. 1 years
•Computer skill : MS Office (mostly Word and Excel)
•Having a good and strong communication skill and good interpersonal skill
•Good appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Main Activities:
- Receiving and transferring incoming calls
- Receiving incoming mails and coordinating with office boy for distributing mails
- Assisting in meeting preparations and conference calls
- Maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms and office area
- Assisting Office Manager for administration duties
