Responsibilities:
Management of the Managing Partner diary and appointments
Help Managing Partner his office duties and deadlines
Accurate and timely handling of telephone calls
Manage mail addressed to the Managing Partner
Draft, type and communicate all the Managing correspondence when requested
Liaise with external and internal organizations etc. to arrange meetings agendas and draft minutes
Maintain a complete and accurate filling system
Co-ordinate Managing Partner travel locally and internationally
Some research, media relations and promotional work including preparation of presentations and speeches when necessary
Undertake any other duties as requested by the Managing Partner
Requirements:
A relevant degree /Diploma /Certification
A minimum of 2 years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level
Below 30 years of age
Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential (MS Office, Excel, Power point).
Experience of working in a multinational /private sector organization, Government departments or NGO
Excellent organizational skills, Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Professional telephone manners and etiquette
Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Bright, charming and confident personality
Well presented, Highly personable
Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
Willing to travel when required
