Responsibilities
Administration support for Directors
Assist in travelling schedule for Directors
Responsible for meetings, invitations and equipment arrangements for Director
Responsible for office filing system
Preparing letters and making notes
Research and Presenting Information
Requirements
Maximum age 28 years old
Hold at least Diploma in the field of Secretary, Business Studies, Management, Administration, Communication, Linguistics or equivalent from reputable university
Minimum of 1 years working experience as Secretary or Personal Assistant is required for this position
Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
Computer/Technology literate
Well organized, multitasking, and fast
Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
Able to work as a team member
Flexible to perform in non-business hours
