Our client, a multinational company, is looking for outstanding individuals as Executive Secretary for its Jakarta office. Job Summary:
Reporting to the Company’s President Director, she will perform complex secretarial and administrative duties. Handle sensitive information. Manage assigned programs. Resolve problems, present solutions/recommendations to the Director on issues where independent judgment and initiative is required. Receive minimum supervision on most assignments.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Essential Functions:
Maintain appointment calendar, arrange meetings and conferences, and schedule appointments.
Type letters, memoranda and reports from drafts. Proofread and review documents for grammatical and numerical errors. May take dictation and compose letters.
Primarily, do word-processing and design spreadsheets/databases.
Compose correspondence and reports where detailed research may be required.
May assist in the planning and preparation of department social events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Min. D3 degree required (preferably graduated from a secretarial school/academy).
Min. 8 years of experience as executive secretary.
Excellent English skills, both in writing and orally.
Must have high energy and strong initiative skills
Skillful in using computers and application programs (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
Ability to work well under pressure independently, perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
