SECRETARY

Kualifikasi :

Female, single, 22 – 26 years old.

Advance Diploma/D3 or Bachelor Degree/S1 in Business Management or Secretarial Management.

Minimum 3 years experience in the related position.

Fluent in English (orally and written)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet. A good understanding of Microsoft Excel is necessary.

Good skills in planning and organizing.

Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.

Prepare monthly reports and consolidated reports for various users related to sales, promotions, etc.

Managing databases of various kinds of information from different branches.

Leasing with various departments and branches and maintaining a cross-departmental Communication.

Prepare memos and letters.

Take, type and distribute minutes of meetings.

Maintain schedules, arrange and confirm appointments.
