EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (CODE: 1311 - 019)

Responsibilities

Manages executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.

Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; arranging transportation, lodging and meeting accommodations.

Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

Prepares corporate level reports by collecting and analyzing information.

Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.

Arranging corporate functions (e.g. company dinners), and answering questions and meeting requests directed to the President Director.

Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.

Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.

Requirements

Female, maximum 30 years old.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.

Excellent in English communication skills (both written and spoken).

Have good capability with Computer Skill.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

Having good capability with Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Organization, Time Management, Presentation Skills, Travel Arrangements.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Result oriented and quick response to management.

Full-Time position(s) available.
