SECRETARY
Responsibilities:
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports, including creating and editing documents, spread sheets and presentations.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
Manage and maintain executives' schedules
Requirements:
Female, age 24 to 30 years old.
Graduated D3.
At least 1 years experience as a Receptionist / Secretary
Good Communication in English (Oral & Written).
Proficient computer literate (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Internet, E-mail, etc).
Good secretarial skills whose work typically includes a variety of clerical and organizational tasks.
Good interpersonal skill and proactive.
High level of accuracy, integrity, honest, proactive, high initiative, willing to learn new things and teachable, with positive attitude and high commitment to deliver the results.
Pleasant personality and trustworthy.
