PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities and Administrative duties include:
Scheduling a high volume of meetings and appointments.
Managing complex schedules.
Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with limited direction.
Responding to urgent requests.
Organizing and preparing documents and preparation of meeting.
Handling personal errands of the director.
Coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
Multi-task extensively throughout each day.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years previous experience as a personal assistant
Exceptional computer literacy
Must possess excellent time-management skills, outstanding organizational skills and problem solving skills
Maturity to handle a range of situations
Position requires an efficient, detail-oriented, and organized person who can be responsive to a deadline and results driven environment
Requires exceptional dual communication skills, both English and Indonesian, including writing and verbal skills to interface effectively with executives and all levels of staff
An ability to work to tight deadlines
Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
