ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Strong leadership competencies and entrepreneurial mindset, high operational readiness
Business fluent English is a must
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.
Monitoring businesses to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
BENEFIT:
Basic Salary, $ 1000 - $ 1500
Insentif Allowance, $ 1500 - $ 3000
