We are a Brain Enrichment Centre for young children located in Pluit. We are expanding and looking for energetic members who love to be surrounded by children to join our team as:
ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF
Required Qualifications:
Female
D3 degree
Minimum two years of administrative experience
Familiar with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of general office machines and telephone system
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team
Sensitive to the needs of customers
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
Serious applicants who is willing to work in Pluit / Muara Karang area
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assume receptionist duties, greet customers, answer phone calls, and take messages.
Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
Maintain data collection system.
Maintain accurate daily accounting of fees and other revenue.
Assist with completion of statistical reports.
Develop and maintain inventory system.
Maintain front desk area in clean and free of clutter manner.
Type and word process documents.
Update and maintain database.
Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues.
