We are growing company in grease & lubricant to meet all machinery and engine needs in the automotive, mining sector, marine, agriculture and industry sector. Established on 2007, our head office is located in Setiabudi Building Jakarta and our modern factory in Krakatau Industrial Estate area at Cilegon.
We are urgently need a new team for Finance team with the following qualification:
- Graduated from Tarakanita Secretarial Academy/other discipline graduation;
- Maximum 35 years old;
- Minimum 2 years experience in Finance;
- Fluent in English is a must, both written and oral;
- Good Personality;
- Honest;
- Ready to join immediately this month (July 2014).
Main role jobs are in cash management and bank issues :
Petty Cash expenditure & journalisation for Jakarta head office, Factory, Site
Bank issues for :
- Giro deposit, cheque withdrawal ( Rp & US$ ), buy USD;
- Ensuring all net, applicable tax, gross amounts of Payable Invoices from vendors, are counted accurately;
- Preparation of bank payment proposal to Korea head office regarding all payments to vendors, or internal account transfer, in which both are processed from internet banking;
- Asissting finance manager at Korea head office for internet banking issues;
- LC administration process from opening to payment of LC.
Understanding of basic accounting ( journalisation )
Understanding of tax :
- Withholding tax article 23 ( PPh pasal 23 – Sewa & Jasa );
- Withholding tax article 4 item 2 ( PPh pasal 4 ayat 2 );
- VAT In ( PPN Masukan );
- VAT out ( PPN Keluaran )
