SALES EXECUTIVE (INDONESIA)

Overall Purpose of the Job
1 This position is responsible to assist the Country Manager for the delivery of Sales Development function within Indonesia.
2 Coordinates with all relevant stakeholders for a variety of activities and initiatives within the function.
3 This position shall report administratively and functionally to the Country Manager, Indonesia and/or any other employee as designated by the Management from time to time.
Spesific Responsibilities
1 Visiting potential customers for new business.
2 Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
3 Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
4 Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
5 Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
6 Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
7 Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
8 You may also be involved with identifying new markets and business opportunities.
9 Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
1 Bachelor Degree with 2+ years of related work experience.
2 Prior experience in a Engineering & Mechanical / Construction / Electronic Goods environment preferred.
3 Excellent english communication both writing and verbally and communication skills
4 Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams and liaising with different levels of peoples.
5 Able to manage multi-tasks, with ability to prioritize complex objectives
6 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Note; understanding of desktop publishing preferred.
7 Have own transportaion (Car/Motorcycle) more preferable
