My friend's office, located in Tomang area, needs a part time secretary for 4 months to replace the secretary who will take a maternity leave soon.
Herewith the requirements:
- Female, age between 27-35 yo
- Graduate from the secretarial academy and have experience as secretary
- familiar with secretarial tasks (administrations, arrange schedules or meetings)
- Good English both in speaking and writing
- Have experiences in working with expatriates
- Good computer skills
- Able to handle multitasking assignments with tight deadlines
- Perform Travel managements
- Ability to work in teams or independently
- Proactive and communicative
- Other duties defined by the superiors
