IP has clients from various industries including manufacturing, plantation, banking, financial services, mining.

Budgeting/Planning/Forecasting System Implementation of IBM Cognos FPM (Financial Performance Management) and BI (Business Intelligences)

Information data migration/transformation
Budgeting/Planning Model Templates for several key industries
Project Management and Project Staffing/Advisory of Budgeting/Planning system implementation
Secretary - Administrative Assistant (CODE: SAA)

Responsibilities:
Set up appointment and answering office phone call
Prepare letters and/or proposal for company correspondences
Time sheet Data entry and calendar management of Principal Sales System and Consultant Activities
Create and manage invoices, taxes and payment status
Prepare monthly Tax and Financial Statement reports
Enter GL journal in accounting system
Requirements:
Multi tasking, neat, pro-active, fast learner
Good communication skills, pleasant personality
New graduate of secretary academy are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate, know Microsoft office well, secretarial works
Female preferred with secretarial education background.
